Darul Irfan Islamic Academy was founded in 2014 at Velluvangad, affiliated with Darul Huda Islamic University Chemmad, Kerala, India. Darul Irfan creates an academic and intellectual environment where Islamic religious education and modern forms of knowledge are integrated and applied together based on the contextual needs. We are honored and proud to have been a torchbearer of an integrated education system at least in the eastern Eranad context by making an impact on the community within a short period.

Alhamdulillah! After 10 years of its foundation, Darul Irfan has emerged as a torchbearer for integrated education in eastern Eranad, making a significant impact on the lives of our students. Our pride lies in being a beacon of Islamic values, where education is seen as a sacred journey illuminated by the Quran and Sunnah. Beyond academics, we nurture the holistic development of our students through vibrant extracurriculars, cultural celebrations, and interfaith dialogues. These initiatives empower them to embrace their unique identities while fostering respect and understanding for others.

Today, Darul Irfan boasts five secondary batches, two senior secondary batches, and three-degree batches. Our committed team of 20 teachers and five non-teaching staff guides over 300 students, consistently achieving impressive results in University Examinations and Intercollegiate competitions. Driven by a clear mission and vision, Darul Irfan is dedicated to leading social transformation within the community.

We strive to serve for the sake of Allah, upholding our principles and traditions without compromise. May our efforts find favor in His eyes, and may He include us among His pious servants, Ameen.
